Battle style:
He battles with both special and physical attacks, but usually prefers to keep his distance. He knows how small he is and doesn't want opponents getting the impression that they can overpower him with their size and strength- he works very hard to make you feel small and weak in his presence, and forgetting his physical size is an important part of that. He always sets up a variety of defenses before attacking. He toys with his victims and enjoys every minute of it.
He uses his Night Shade attack to turn the battlefield into a spooky arena that not only damages the target but can also be very intimidating to those that lack mental fortitude. In conjunction with Night Shade, he will use Double Team to create dozens of copies of himself that have a surprising physical resilience. The clones can attack, but the attack is really coming from his power, just projected to come from a clone so as to disorient the opponent. For example, only one clone can attack at a time, and not while the real Manson is attacking- because Manson cannot be doing two attacks at once.
In the wild, most opponents would be fleeing by this point, a move to which he'll react with Pursuit. You don't run away from Manson. That's not an option.
Why, it's just plain insulting.
After using Double Team he sometimes uses Swagger to confuse an opponent. His Swagger is not so much cocky as it is subtly mocking and arrogant- he speaks like a well-read fellow, his voice level but easily audible somehow, almost like he's speaking into your mind more than speaking out loud. He'll say all the wrong things to make you as nervous as he possibly can. He doesn't want to make you mad. He wants you nice and scared and irrational. That's the way he likes it.
If he likes your stuff or if he just wants to piss you off, he'll use Thief and help himself. Don't plan on getting that stuff back, not unless you beat him.
Foul Play is also in his arsenal, as it allows him to take on much tougher opponents.

ok a note on his personality: he is a loner. he does not like working with others or being with others. he is impatient and unforgiving and people annoy him to no end. if overpowered or forced to do something he doesn't want to, he'll give in, but only very reluctantly.
